Individual Counseling & Psychotherapy

Haven't tried therapy before? Apprehensive or avoidant due to stigma, bad experience in the past, fear of judgement, or because someone you overheard says therapy is a joke? I will continuously challenge that narrative and encourage individuals to just simply try. Sometimes, finding a therapist you feel is a good fit is similar to finding a comfortable pair of jeans – the first one might not be THE ONE.


Counseling and psychotherapy are grounded in theory with a goal of helping clients work through specific issues or concerns as well as more broad or complex mental health conditions. Therapeutic approaches are tailored to meet the unique needs, circumstances, and goals of each individual client. These forms of therapy recognize that every person is different, with their own set of experiences, challenges, and strengths, and as such, they require personalized treatment strategies.
